- Overall responsible for Garments Finishing section independently.
- Ensure product quality as per buyer’s quality standard requirements.
- Follow up ensure production quality for finishing and meet on-time delivery schedule without fail.
- Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfil order quantity.
- Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
- Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style-wise, colour wise and reconciliation.
- Monthly, Hourly, Daily target follow up.
- Maintain all the standard level of finishing process and ensure to maintain continuous development of the quality department.
- Optimum utilization of finishing types of machinery, manpower and resources.
- Reduction of floor waste and control WIP.
- Ensure periodic maintenance of finishing machinery.
- Maintain the highest standard of quality.
